KATHMANDU, Nepal — The death toll from the catastrophic flash floods that swept through Nepal last week has now reached 903, according to disaster management authorities. This figure includes at least 919 confirmed deaths across Nepal and neighboring China. The number of missing persons in Nepal has also surged to 4,247, including 592 foreigners, with 546 still unaccounted for in China.
